Hotel Amenities
Are the rooms equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV?
Yes, WiFi internet access is available in-room and throughout the building, and each room has a cable TV.
Are housekeeping services available?
Yes, housekeeping services are available to all guests upon request.
How secure is the hotel?
The Waikiki Monarch Hotel has 24-hour security staff, as well as a secure key card access elevator system. A 24-hour self check-out drop box is also available at the front desk. If any issues arise, our front desk concierge will be able to assist you, and after hours instructions will be posted for any late night concerns.
Is there parking available?
On-site parking is an additional $50 per day, and must be paid directly to Park-a-Lot.
What other amenities are available to guests?
All guests will have access to our large pool, jacuzzi, sundeck, and outdoor BBQ area. Our fitness center, credit card-operated laundry facility, and lobby ATM are also available 24-hours a day. Upon check-in, guests will receive a complimentary drink coupon to be redeemed at Ali'i Bar & Grill. In order to maintain our facilities, a $20 + tax resort fee will be added, and charged upon check-in.
Hotel Policies
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out ends at 11am daily. If you will be checking in after hours, please call (808) 688-8602.
Is smoking allowed on the premises?
No, the Waikiki Monarch hotel is 100% smoke-free.
Reservation Policy
In order for us to process your request for reservations properly, we advise placing your reservation a minimum of 3 days prior to your travel date. A one-night deposit must be received prior to arrival. All reservations are subject to availability. Type of bedding request must made at the time of reservation. Valid picture ID required upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 72 hours prior to arrival date will receive their full deposit. Cancellations within the 72 hour window will forfeit the entire deposit. For reservations between December 19th and January 3rd, please refer to the Christmas Policy
Christmas Policy
A 50% of total stay deposit (room + tax) per room/suite is required. Stays of four nights or less require a 100% of total stay deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
Guests with Disabilities
Waikiki Monarch Hotel Exclusive Rooms by Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of a disabled guest. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking.
