Hotel Policies

In order for us to process your request for reservations fully, we advise placing your reservation a minimum of 3 days prior to your travel date. All reservations are subject to availability. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. Waikiki Monarch Hotel Exclusive Rooms by Roberts Hawaii will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of a disabled guest. Type of bedding request must made at the time of reservation. Valid picture ID required upon check-in. Check-out is at 11:00am.

Provision of Service
Waikiki Monarch Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at its sole discretion. Waikiki Monarch Hotel will not be responsible for delays, injury, loss, accident or damages to person or personal property.

Payment Methods
A one night deposit must be received prior to arrival. For web bookings, only credit cards accepted. Credit cards accepted are:

  • vCarteBlanche
  • JCB Card

International Booking
International charges/payments to Waikiki Monarch Hotel are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged. Exchange rates are subject to policies of the individual card issuer.

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund of deposit if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to date of arrival (except for the Christmas Policy noted below)*. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to date of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

Christmas Policy (dates of stay include December 19 through January 3)
A 50% of total stay deposit (room and tax) per room/suite is required. Stays of four nights or less require a 100% of total stay deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
